APEX Window Works came out to our home in Libertyville and repaired our [redacted] casement windows that were rotting and they did great job !! They did it in a timely fashion and were very friendly I would not hesitate to recommended them to both friends and family

I had 18 Windows replaced which took 2 days. I was home the first day but not the second. Installation went well;however, on the second day they finished work outside. One window where they where only supposed to wrap to protect wood on the outside was cracked. I call the sales office after I found the cracked window and was told the workers said it was already cracked. That was not true, but it was my word against theirs and they offered to replace only if I purchased another window.
