Apex gave me a bid for windows which included a complete install and lifetime warranty on "made to fit" windowsUnfortunately that is not the case
The window measurements were incorrect but windows were installed anyway and the tracks on of the windows are damaged, I assume broken during the installationAt the time I questioned the installers because of the loud banging going on, but was told they would be ok the way they were installing themI have learned since then, the way they were "made" to fit is not normal, and I also don't know what other damage might have been caused to the window frames which might affect future window installations
I did contact the company by certified mail and Mr*** did respond by coming to look at the windows on November 30thHe told me me the same thing, the way they were installed was normal, and refused to admit the window measurements were wrong
He did ask what I wanted done, I told him I wanted new windows properly installed, he d
I have been repeatedly told I would receive paperwork regarding the windows I purchased (9/30/16) To date there has been nothing!
I purchased sliding glass patio doors and windows on 9/30/ *** ***, the salesman, emailed me the quote which I accepted I had to call to check when they would be in, because the original expected date had passed without any contact from them There were MANY problems which were all corrected after my MANY calls*** advised me I would receive all paperwork upon the job completionThe final day, ***, an installer, advised me of the same I have nothing I emailed *** and requested the paperwork He stated *** would be contacting me(the email was in late Novor early Dec., I believe) I have had no contact from anyone in this company
We recently had our windows all replaced and I have to say that we are extremely pleased with our results!! From the very first contact to the very end , the apex team did not make us feel as if they were hounding us for their service( other popular compananies are to this date)The estimate process was quick and seamless with no surprises except how extremely affordable they were by comparison When they came to do the work , they were prompt and courteous and completed their job despite the searing heat in record time They installed the windows and even cleaned up leaving no jtrace of them being there.Thanks again for a job well done%!! Hats off to a great team ! I will most certainly recommend!!
Had windows put in and they refuse to send me and itemized receipt of money paid to them in full! And guarantee for those windows have called several times they told me sent them in mail Feb 12th I have to this day never received anything from them! Must be coming pony express!

After a lot of shopping and multiple demonstrations, we selected APEX to replaced all the windows (16) and patio door in our houseThey completed the job with the minimum mess in 1/days
We want to let everyone know how impressed we are with the installation team of this companyThe two *** *** and *** did an excellent job at our houseTheir dedication to quality, neatness, and general respect were a great credit to themThey demonstrated pride in their company and their workmanshipNot to forget the excellent presentation and knowledge exhibited by *** when he came over to inform us about the quality and options available
We hope that this product will live up to our expectation, we are already very impressed with services and of course the price
