Review: When this company called me. they promised me 4 magazine subscriptions for 5 years. I would pay them about $39 a month for the service. I specifically asked if they had "People" magazine, and they told me they did. So, I signed up for People along with 3 other magazines. I have never gotten People magazine and it has been almost a year. They promised me I could change my magazine subscriptions whenever I wanted, as many times as I wanted. This company does not have a website, and I did not have a phone number for them, so I was not able to change any of my subscriptions. They call me repeatedly trying to get me to subscribe to more magazines. The last call I told them I wanted to change my magazines. I was told I would get a catalog in the mail so I could change them. I have never gotten this catalog. This company has about 3 different names and it is hard to get a hole of anyone. I have fulfilled my end of the agreement by paying them every month. They have not fulfilled their end of the agreement since I have never gotten all of the subscriptions I requested, and I have never been able to change my magazines as they promised.Desired Settlement: I want my contract cancelled today so I don't have to deal with this company for 4 more years. I also feel I should be entitled to a 25% refund of what I have already paid since I only received 75% of the product I have been paying for.
