We spoke to the 4 members of our installation team ,which have over 100 years of combined experience in tank removal and installation and not 1 person agrees with [redacted]'s assessment. to the home the door was already removed, therefore, the service techs have no idea how the door was closing prior to their arrival. No one on the team said they even touched the door frame when removing the tank. Once we received the complaint from [redacted] we went back and took pictures only to find the striker point on the door jab was not aligned prior to our coming into the home. We respectfully disagree with Mr.Levy's account of our installation. I am rejecting this response because:This business has of course said all four technicians do not agree with mr because THEY are the crew who damaged my door frame. This has nothing to do with the door itself but with the frame that was damaged due to EXCESSIVE weight being rolled over the threshold. There is absolutely no way the tank could have been taken out thus door WITHOUT it being rolled over the frames threshold base. THIS is what specifically caused the problem of me now Being unable to close my exterior door properly. NOTHING they can come up with as an excuse will correct the current damage to this frame. I now have to pay a contractor to come in and replace this frame with a new one!!!!! I was willing to work with this vendor as far as paying for the work but they have now called me a liar straight up and this is unacceptable to me!!!!
