[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Answered] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:This business has of course said all four technicians do not agree with mr because THEY are the crew who damaged my door frameThis has nothing to do with the door itself but with the frame that was damaged due to EXCESSIVE weight being rolled over the thresholdThere is absolutely no way the tank could have been taken out thus door WITHOUT it being rolled over the frames threshold baseTHIS is what specifically caused the problem of me now Being unable to close my exterior door properlyNOTHING they can come up with as an excuse will correct the current damage to this frameI now have to pay a contractor to come in and replace this frame with a new one!!!!! I was willing to work with this vendor as far as paying for the work but they have now called me a liar straight up and this is unacceptable to me!!!! Regards, [redacted] ***
Regarding id [redacted] Dear [redacted] ,Apgar Oil Company is very concerned about [redacted] ***'s complaintWe spoke to the members of our installation team ,which have over years of combined experience in tank removal and installation and not person agrees with [redacted] ***'s assessmentWhen our team got to the home the door was already removed, therefore, the service techs have no idea how the door was closing prior to their arrivalNo one on the team said they even touched the door frame when removing the tankOnce we received the complaint from [redacted] we went back and took pictures only to find the striker point on the door jab was not aligned prior to our coming into the homeWe respectfully disagree with Mr.Levy's account of our installationApgar Oil Co Incprides itself in excellent customer service and want to make every customer satisfied with our work where it is warranted.Thank you for your time and consideration with this matter,Jane D [redacted] ManagerApgar Oil Co Inc
