Al's mistakenly entered my fenced & gated back yard WITHOUT PERMISSION & raked all the pine straw from all my flower beds, refused to replace it.
Nov 19th Al's Complete Lawn Care raked my yard by MISTAKE. They were supposed to be in someone else's yard. They entered my fenced and gated back yard WITHOUT PERMISSION, and raked all the pine straw mulch from all my flower beds. They forced their way through my gate latch, bending it, which I fixed with a crowbar. I called them on the 20th,21st,22nd,23rd,26th,27th, left a detailed message asking them to replace the approx 10 bales of pine straw. They will not return my calls. It is breaking and entering and vandalism of my personal property. All I ask is that they replace what they took from me. (not counting the time and inconvenience I have suffered, plus I have to spread all that pine straw again.) What company of any integrity would behave that way and refuse to take care of their own mistake?
I want them to give me back the pine straw they stole from me....approximately 10 bales. They should leave it OUTSIDE of my gate.
We left 10 bales of pine straw at Ms. residence on December 17, 2019.
Al's complete lawn care will charge you $500 a month to come and just mow your lawn when they're supposed to be making sure all weeds are pulled shrubs trees are trimmed back edging every other time at least wait whacking they also told me that if I put a shrub where I want it they would dig the hole and plant it. Instead my husband which is a new amputee and me that has MS and can't be in very very hot weather we are out here doing this so our yard looks halfway decent . You would think for $500 a month they would run the sprinklers they're supposed to instead they took the key . I put a fence up on the side of the house that hooks to each one they damaged it so now my dogs run up to the street . they didn't think I knew Spanish and they were making fun of my husband calling him stumpy when he was asking them to pull the weed from the route rather than pull the weed from the head . You would think for $500 a month $500 is a lot of money to us you would think for $500 a month our windows wouldn't be covered in front of a $700,000 house absolutely ridiculous ! *** he will eventually call you back rush you through your conversation say he's going to fix it and then they don't
Billing Adjustment We have had to do all the work the past three months I will pay for the mowing that they have done but for $500 a month that's just ridiculous I will pay for the chemicals that they have put on the grass but everything else I want to be reimbursed the past three months and I want our contract canceled and we don't ever want to hear from them again
We have performed scheduled services that included weekly mowing on time. It was brought to our attention the dissatisfaction with the pulling of weeds from the landscape beds while on site which is included in our mowing price. Our employees were made aware of the complaint of weeds being in the beds, but there method of removal which is round up spraying and then weedeating down the growth, was also not satisfactory. An account manager assured the husband the crew would address this at their next site visit the following week. Our account manager received numerous calls/voicemails on Saturday morning while he was unavailable from the wife expressing her displeasure with our response to her issue, in a very inappropriate expletive manner. It became very apparent we were not going to be able to solve her issue and both agreed to part ways. We have canceled all contracts with this customer.
