We are more than happy to return and replace what is needed/required to make the lights we installed run correctly!  We will not be installing additional lights for 2 reasons. 1. That was not what the verbal price included, it was for 10 lighting locations, transformer, and outlet in office.
2. The transformer is not rated for an additional 6 lights
We will also not be refunding $200.00 as I’m sure Mr. [redacted] at the end of our business does not have a “C” for charitable organization, we are for profit and must pay the employees, fuel, insurance and all the other business expenses.
While this may not be the outcome Mr. [redacted] was looking for we are willing to make the repairs that are needed.

API was contracted to evaluate a failed pool pump motor through a home warranty claim. The technician indicated by phone after examining the pump that he would need to upgrade to a 2 speed motor to satisfy current Arizona law. He indicated no issue at the time of evaluation. No further communication from API. Was then called by home warranty company and told that the claim was denied due to water damage from recent storms and that we had poor drainage in the pool equipment area and the pump wasn't well ventilated. There are no drainage or ventilation issues in the area of this pump. Have lived here 16 years and had no water issues with recent storm. Tech never disassembled the pump to perform any diagnostic assessment. Communication is poor from API. Have never had a warranty issue with prior equipment failures. Now have to get a second opinion and third opinion to counter their faulty and hastily made assessment. Recommend using another company for pool service.

I just want to take moment and thank API Electrical Contractor for the excellent job they did for me. My main electrical panel melted and API came to my rescue. They went above and beyond the call of duty. The electrician (Bill) came our right away and did whatever he had to do to keep my family out of harms way. He stepped me through the process, keeping me informed about every detail. He worked long hours, was always there on time and compassionate about how I was feeling. Scott the owner was kind, considerate and did not over charge me for the job. I recommend this company for everyone with electrical needs. GREAT bunch of guys. Thank you all so much for an AMAZING job.
