Complaint: I didn't go to see a doctor as you know it is not convenient for us to see a doctor in USABut I took the medicine under the directions of Chinese doctor and apothecary in Kroger pharmacyWhat's the best solution of this problems in your and the owner's consideration? However, it is sad that we have instances where a customer desperately reached out to a business BOTH by email AND regular mail, over a TOW-MONTH PERIOD to NO avail. This is precisely the kind of conduct that ALIENATE loyal customers. I will be in contact with the author of the response, as requested.
