certainly would have been resolved, as every client is very important to us.  In 24 years this is the first complaint ever.  In May, the logistical issues of this investigation were discussed with this Client. The client promised she could obtain additional information/leads from friends/relatives for us to use to continue the investigation. Since that conversation, there has been no further contact from this client.  No additional funds were requested at that time.  Initially, the client's son retained us. The son worked with us throughout the investigation and was pleased with our efforts.  He understood the issues we faced.
