Complaint Summary

On April 15, 2014, I pre-ordered a Lockitron device for $179.00.

As of today the order has not been fulfilled and my repeat inquiries to receive a refund according to the below statement in the order receipt email have gone unanswered:

"You can request a refund at *** until your order ships. For international orders, additional costs for shipping will be noted in your dashboard."
Nature of Dispute

This business has not fulfilled its promise to refund a product which has not been delivered about 3.5 years after the product was paid for despite my repeat inquiries about the matter.

Details

I ordered the product Lockitron according to the below email receipt excerpt (sent to my email address ***) but have as of now neither received the product or a refund as per my repeat unanswered inquiries to the company.
