Review: I purchased EatSmart broccoli slaw and there was a HUGE broccoli stalk in the package. I still have it, should anyone want to see it. The company's QA should have never overlooked that. In August, my company called the company and spoke with someone. I never heard from them.Then, I attemped to fax them (805-343-6295) - number didn't work. SO, I mailed my complaint to their PO Box in California, including a refund request. They never responded.Desired Settlement: I even included the UPC number with my complaint. I would like a refund or replacement coupon.

Review: I purchased two bags of their brussels sprouts 2 pound bags, both had a rancid taste and smell. I called customer service three times and left three messages along with e-mails and never received a call back nor return e-mail.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of $8, which is the price I paid for the two bags at Sam's Club or replacement. Thanks.
