If the person who says he is APJ Home Repair is a white man, then he may be the man scamming people out of money. APJ Home Repair Services is owned and operated by a black man. If you call the number with a 302 area code you will get the scammer. APJ does not have a 302 area code phone number. The scammer is also claiming to be relocating the business to Schuylkill County, PA. Not true, the owner is continuing to operate in Delaware. This review only applies to the white man in PA who scammed me.
