APL Clinical Pathology

I received a medical bill $357 from APL Clinical Pathology July 2019 for services rendered in June 2019 at *** Hospital ***. The indicted that my insurance was billed on 7/5/2019, however, the bill was not covered. Therefore, I paid approximately $207.07 of the bill. Later, I was informed by my insurance co that the bill is covered and was paid on 12/27/2019. I contacted APL Clinical Pathology in Jan - April 2020, thru confirmed they received payment from my insurance co and would issue a refund to me within 4-6 weeks. I have called them daily and weekly regarding my refund, I am receiving the same statements over and over “be patient, I don’t know what’s wrong with our system or why you haven’t received your check, I’ll have someone look into it”. I’ve requested 4 times the assistance of a manager to call me or escalate the issue, I have yet to receive a follow up or refund. However, when I call all the agents are aware of the issue.
