I contacted APL Fabricators by phone on January 9th and talked to a Todd Smith about my desire for construction of a stainless steel island countertopMrSmith wanted an email submission of my project and seemed to have little patience to discuss the issue by phone
I proceeded to create a detailed email of measurements and materials and submitted these to him that same morningThen I waited
Today, now two weeks later I requested by email either an indication of his lack of interest n the project perhaps due to too much work or a proposal
He returned an email within several hours providing a rather typical excuse for not attending to my prior email and then indicated he rejected my project "out of hand." I cannot state with certainty why, but I presume because I had had the temerity to suggest that such delay had never been acceptable in my line of work by any superior
MrTodd Smith has the right to do whatever he wishes, but I believe I have the right through the Revdex.com to indicate that I find his business practices unacceptable and a complete failure to provide even the barest bones of quality customer service
