I find the station's resolution minimally satisfactory to me. The manager has now decided to reimburse my $but what he has not done, to this date, is realize the importance of customer satisfaction and issued an apology for the way I was treated. The money is not the primary issue; it's being responsive to customers' concerns Regards, *** ***

Review: I went to the Sunoco on [redacted] to purchase gas on 5/21/2014 the attendant told me my card wasn't working so. I asked him to try it again because I know there's money there. He stated again your card isn't working call your bank. So, I left and went across the street to the [redacted] where my card kept saying declined. I called my card to get my last 5 transactions and sure enough Sunoco had deducted the funds from my card. I went back to the store to explain that he had taken my money from my card and the attendant started screaming at me. I explained that he needed to lower his voice and speak to me in a respectful manner. Moreover, he took my money for gas which I did not receive while trying to make it seem like tried to make it seem as though I didn't have money. He went on to state the card if it wasn't charged would be refunded. The problem is the first time he said my card was declined when I went back he stated oh if you didn't get gas it will be refunded. The money was directly debited out which I can print out my card statement to prove. He was rude offensive and disrespectful. I want to make sure this is reported. I don't know if this is a continuous problem with them or an honest error. I was mistreated and my money was stolen. If I had done that I would have been arrested immediately. It is theft.Desired Settlement: I want refund immediately and not a week from now. He should apologize because they took my money and tried to demean me at the same time.
