[The company asked for my dentist contact info to discuss the change in my bite caused by their deviceMy dentist has X-rays from one year ago , also directly after my use of the deviceI provided the contact info and authorized my dentist to speak with them and provide relevant recordsThey did not contact my dentist and have not returned calls and emails form the dentist, nor my email informing then the dentist is trying to reach them The company statement about the ability of the device is buried one time towards the back of the instruction booklet and does not exist anywhere else in the literature or website or tv advertisements I found out afterwards The product is FDA cleared for use on prescription order of a physician and they generate the prescription for the customerNo place is this disclosed on their websiteI found out by talking with their Customer Service Manager.]

Review: COmpany billed my card on 9-3 to send me a product for dental appliance. They gave me a so called order #, but ZERO info on how it would be mailed any other shipping info THERE MERCHANT # ON MY ONLINE VISA CARD STATEMENT IS DISSCONNECTED!!Desired Settlement: pLEASE INVESTIGATE!
