I had a major water leak, called Boyds and Kevin came the same dayAfter talking to Kevin and working with him, I gave him the code to my house so they could work while I worked, very trustworthy I could not be any happier with the results of my new hardwood and tile floors, new kitchen cabinets and all the work he has done
We had the entire interior of our home painted with lots of dry wall in need of repairThe workers did a fantastic job and they were very accommodating!! The owner, Kevin B*** is all about quality workIf you're not happy, Kevin will correct any issues! Our home looks new and beautiful!!! We highly recommend Boyd's Custom RemodelingYou will not be disappointed! Love the dedication to quality!
Unreliable, showed up 2 weeks late, never called. Way overpriced and used "used material" for work. Would not recommend nor will reuse this contractor Not Recommend
I unfortunately encountered a nightmare when I realized I had a leak behind a wall from a kitchen sink. My attempts to hire contractors to repair the damage was a chore in itself; finally just going through the Yellow Pages and calling companies. I received a call from Kevin Boyd of Boyd's Custom Remodeling and fortunately for me, that's when things started to turn for the positive. I would recommend his company to anyone looking for excellent customer service and great workmanship. The repair/replacement work included replacement of foyer hardwood flooring, replacement of toilet, vanity & sink, flooring & plumbing in a powder room and removal & replacement of flooring in a kitchen. Kevin Boyd went above and beyond, suggesting repair/replacement of items, very minimal expenses, that clearly were beneficial to me in the long run. He also assisted me to ensure work being performed from another contractor was completed accurately (nearly 2 hours of his time) it wasn't but was once Kevin noted the errors & actually assisted the contractor to correct the errors. Kevin went ABOVE and BEYOND my expectation and I would strongly recommend him and his Team for work you are anticipating and will definitely hire them again for any future work I need.
