Pueblo Glass & Door, LLC replaced a window in my home Their contract to do this was with the person responsible for breaking my window and not with either my husband or me A payment arrangement was made between Pueblo and the person who signed the contract On 8/5/at 12:PM, I received a voice mail from Oscar at Pueblo informing me that he hadn't received the remaining balance due him and if he didn't hear back from me within a day he would be submitting me for collections I called him back and he started yelling at me that he is owed the money and since the window was installed in my house and he couldn't get in touch with the person paying him that either I need to pay him or go to collections I advised him that I work in the collections industry and as he and I have no signed contract that I don't owe him anything He continued on this path and told me that I need to get in touch with the person paying b/c he couldn't His tone was threatening and abusive He al
