Apogee is by far the WORST and most unprofessional "management" company I have ever worked with** THE PRESIDENT OF THE COMPANY HAS BEEN INFORMED OF EVERYTHING BELOW AND STILL HAS NOT MADE AN ATTEMPT TO RESOLVE AND I SPEAK NOT ONLY FOR MYSELF BUT A HANDFUL OF RESIDENTS THAT I HAVE SPOKEN TO ABOUT THIS "COMPANY" ** Apogee does not return any of the residents or the police department calls or emails, they break into residents properties and steal power from them causing items to surge in their home and refuse to address the issue like a legit business company would, they harass the residents, and so onI revived the yearly audit from their company who manages the neighborhood I live in and it shows that money was paid for items that have NEVER been utilizedSo where is that money going? I would love to know how over $50,just disappears!! They refuse to provide required documents to the residents and the list goes on!! I know by posting this I will sustain more personal property damage from the Apogee employee(s) who have yet to do a single thing that I, as well as other residents, have requested in the past year! It's very frustrating paying a company to "manage" your neighborhood and instead they choose to engage in only negative illegal acts and absolutely NOTHING positive for the neighborhood
