The quality of the work was poorI spoke with him though out the several months that it took, that I was not satisfiedAgain he did not use the materials needed to prevent the concrete from cracking and did not protect my existing concrete from damageHe told me after multiple discussions regarding his poor work and asking him to fix it, take him to ourtHe botched up the job, and I can't believe that a seasoned contractor pouring concrete for over years do such poor workI have worked with him and he didn't do right by meThe apron was not supported by any reinforcement just like the patio he pouredI want a refund

I never told the contractor, I was satisfiedI took the contractor several months to do this poor workHe cut corners intentionally, and that is the reason why all the concrete including apron and other areas crackedHe owe me more than the extra money in in the amount of he bullied me out ofRight now I'm asking him for the amount I gave him and not anymoreHe should be happy that I'm not asking for moreAlso, my good concrete that his workers didn't cover and they damage, the contractor if he was a good contractor should have poured new slabsSatisfied, NOT AT ALL!!!!!

Like I stated before the gate was in perfectly good shape before Apollo arrived and placed concrete on my property. I called him right after I noticed that the gate would not close an Mr. [redacted] informed me that it was to late and it was nothing that can be done considering the concrete was already poured an dry. Mr. [redacted] did look and shaved some of the concrete off the back as I informed him that gate was not closing as well. When the concrete was poured Apollo Concrete should of made sure all the gates were leveled, but that was not done. I would like the cost to repair my gate so I can open and close it again.

how could you actually think that after 6 months have gone by that you could just decide to file a complaint with malicious intent.
there is nothing in writing about a gate.
as for the grade set of the side walk it is set to a standard.

I spoke with CJ to discuss the details of the concrete work we needed done. He was very helpful on the phone. However, that is where the positive experience with this company ended. CJ never made it out to the scheduled appointment to provide an estimate. And my calls to him throughout the next week went unanswered. This was not the "professionalism" that we expected to receive based on other positive reviews about this company.
