I gave my daughter my credit card to purchase a tshirt at a soccer tournament...they told her they were backed up on orders but would take her information and ship her a shirt($35.) That was Nov 15th...it is now Dec 29th and still no shirt. I've called twice to resolve this but keep getting passed around, told that someone will call me back...and the owner is conveniently never available.
At this point I have requested a refund of my money. They have agreed to put a check in the mail...this still remains to be seen...
Lesson learned...leave with product in hand when purchasing and don't rely on this company to stand by their orders. If you can't keep up with the demand...don't take people's money.
My daughter and I were at a soccer tournament on December 5th and December 6th 2015 at the Fort McQuire Base in New Jersey. My daughter wanted a shirt and they were out so they took our information and money and stated we would have the shirt in 3-4 weeks. Still no shirt. You try to call the number on the paperwork received and it goes right to voice mail. I have left a message and heard nothing.
