We had the table top ready for the customer on 9/16. I called her and the phone rang and rang - no answer, no voicemail. I called again thinking I dialed the wrong number, same result. When she called yesterday to complain, I was polite, courteous and apologetic and reminded her
she was getting a good price for the glass. Because we did work for her in the past we did not collect a deposit, which is our policy for orders over $50. Apollo Glass did what we were supposed to do and what we promised the customer. Therefore we don't feel she is entitled to a reduction in the price. However, we will give her the glass and deliver it if she still wants it.Apollo Glass for years has strived to sell a good product with top quality installation and excellent customer service. *** ***

On March 31, Apollo Glass satisfactorily installed a mirror and Mrs*** was happy with the job. Mrs*** called the week of August 17, 2015, over months after the installation, and said there was a crack in the mirror. I went to her home to look at the mirror on August 24,
and observed what I thought in my professional opinion was an impact break and that the mirror was safe. She mentioned that the housekeeper pointed out the crack to her. I left with the impression that she would get back with me to further discuss the problem. She called back August 5, 2016, one year later, demanding the mirror be removed because she thought it was unsafe. We removed the mirror the same day and informed her prior to removal that there would be spots on the wall from the adhesive.Our records indicate all calls were returned. We believe the mirror was accidently broken some way but not at the fault of Apollo Glass. We cannot warrant for broken glass or mirror, especially after months. Therefore I don't think a refund is in order. We have completed many jobs for Mrs*** without any problems. We are sorry this incident occurred. This is the first Revdex.com complaint after years in business about work completed by Apollo Glass. This tarnishes our reputation which is regretful, especially since I feel our work was satisfactory
