Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: I had hired Jesco Brick & Concrete to complete a job that consisted of two driveways The jobs would consist of both masonry and asphalt I called Jesco for a quote as he was recommended to me by others who were happy with his work When Brett came back with a quote it was all inclusive of both parts He had never mentioned that typically he would require a homeowner to bring in a separate asphalt company to do that portion of the driveway I entered a legally binding contract with Brett L [redacted] and he had never told me that a separate asphalt company would be doing the work I had received quotes from four other companies and in each of those the jobs was quoted for the complete job Brett L [redacted] is the individual who subcontracted Allstate paving unbeknownst to me As a result any and all issues with the paving portion of the job should be the responsibility of Brett L*** I am not asking for full reimbursement of my job but for the driveway to be stripped of all of the low quality asphalt and have new asphalt poured I would like the job to be completed in a fashion and quality that one would reasonably expect when hiring a well know company such as Jesco Simply patching the asphalt will not fix the issue or ensure the longevity of the asphalt I believe that my request is not unreasonable since the asphalt is discolored and is breaking down on certain sections While I appreciate Brett making the calls on my behalf to Allstate it was not me who hired the company for the work Thank you In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted] ***

I told customer I would assist in repair or with money to repair his driveway.I did not do his driveway but rather orchestrated getting it done for him as he wanted one stop shopping for convenience.  Going forward my position is the same I would assist in the rip & removal of the job if he...
