I am rejecting this response because: given a copy of any of those documentationI cannot be expected to remember what I find three or four months agoI should have been given a copy of the registration form by Apollo

*** *** signed her three children up for classes in January Apollo does not have a contract - just a registration form The registration form (attached) does state a day written notice is required on the 1st day of the final month If no notice is given, Apollo reserves the
right to charge days tuition per the registration form *** *** was emailed 3/15/concerning late tuition in March She never responded to our emails Her children were dropped from the program on 3/31/for non payment Her account therefore was charged the days tuition as stated in the registration form Her balance was then $and she was sent to our collection agency for non payment *** *** did not speak to anyone at our facility on 3/24/as she stated The first response we received from her was a call on 4/14/when she received her first call from the collection agency She was told that I would return her call the week of 4/17/as I was out of town *** *** called again on 4/17/and spoke with Valerie T***, owner of Apollo She told MsT*** she completely understands it is her fault she failed to give the day notice and she failed to check email MsT*** told her that I handle the accounts and would gladly do any adjustment I could I called *** *** on 4/18/and told her I had adjusted her account by $taking her balance to $323, thereby charging her only days for her children and the days for only child I explained that was all I can do I offered to suspend the collection services if she wished to make payments and she said she has no plans to pay it.Attachment is the Rules and POlicies that each customer receives upon registration which summarizes the registration form *** *** recieved a copy of this All customers are offered a copy of the registration form I explained this to *** *** and told her I would have been glad to provide her a copy at any time I feel Apollo has done all we can for *** *** Her three children held a spot in a class for days while she ignored us
