I had a telehealth appointment to speak with my doctor. Instead of having the doctor that I thought I was going to have, one of the interns took the call, charging me $30. The intern couldn't read the labs that I was hoping to learn more about. And she wanted me to make another appointment. The secretaries are not getting my prescriptions called in in a timely manner. The prescriptions all have refills except one; that one requires an annual report to be done, which was turned in last month. It should be available now. I have been compliant with all their rules.
