Mr***, I’m sorry you’re disappointed in our company. Sometimes jobs don’t go as planned and adjustments must be made. We stopped the project as soon as we determined we did not have sufficient space to install the furnace with an air conditioner and gave you options. The
options were to install a furnace only, or we would pull off the job and you would owe us nothing. You agreed to the furnace only and I had Steve come back out to your home and re-write you agreement with furnace onlyYou called the office and talked with me about the new agreement, I agreed with you, that should have not happened I understand your disappointment that air conditioning could not be installed as quoted Steve made a mistake, the equipment will not fit. I reduced your quoted furnace only price that Steve presented by $for a total install price of $3,000. You agreed, and we moved forward with this projectIf you are still not happy with our company or the installation you have one year from 11/6/to have us remove your furnace and refund the $3,you paid for the installationI believe we acted in good faith and were honest and up front with you. I am sorry you went without heat, but we worked with your time line. We never agreed to re-duct your entire home. Mr*** was contacted when the complaint occurred shortly after the service call, I explained to him that our technician did
not follow the correct procedures with the Meg-ohm meter, and we have since corrected that with the techI apologized to Mr ***, letting him know that our technician did not follow correct procedures, our technician spent hours at Mr*** on a Saturday to try and help him with the issueI told him I would refund his $when my accountant got back from vacation on Monday$was credited back to his credit card on 6/22/
I called Mr *** 7/8/to verify he got the refund, he had not checked his credit card statement and has no idea if he got his credit

Today I received a letter in the mail stating the case has been closed due to failure to follow-up on my behalf !!!I filed on 11/8 and my last contact was 11/13 at which time Apollo had failed to reply and would be given a reminder on 11/19.Please help me pursue this issue. I am not at all happy with the service I received and their decision to not honor our signed contract.[redacted]
