I got a truck off him and the wheel bearing was loose, the tires were weather cracked with plugs in them and there was a broken bolt on the manifold
He played nice at first, gave me his word the tires were good for at least months, offered to fix the manifold bolt and wheel bearingI thought great, I'll come back to this guy for another vehicle
This guy takes my truck on a Friday, keeps it for a week, all the while telling me "the manifold is a big job"Don't I find out the mechanic didn't even touch my truck for days and got it done in a day while I pay *** for a rental
To top it all off they fixed the wrong wheel bearing, two of my tires are leaking and *** won't return my calls
As for all these fake reviews about their "amazing customer service" half the time you walk in there, there's no one at the front desk and it's great if you like waiting over a month for your new insurance slip because they can't fax your broker the info they need to complete it, you have to do that yourself
I also like being told by the staff there that a broken manifold bolt is "my opinion" and not reality

I want to say personal thanks to Apollo for getting me great deal on my *** diesel truck, I kinda new that I may be back with list of small things to be finished after sale, but I'm picky and don't want to get stuck with lemon,hey! you proved me that you stay behind your word and I really respect your "get job done" approachId love to give you five star but next time will do for sure

Saw an advertisement for a $12,vehicle this lot was advertisingI called and spoke to sales manager Michael about the vehicle and when I asked him to check to see if it had a certain option, he then told me the vehicle was not on the lot at that time, and he told me he would call me when the vehicle was availableI also asked him if it had been in any accidents, to which he said that it had indeed had a $claim for a rear end collision
After a few days and numerous phone calls back and forth between myself and Michael, I finally had to get word from their receptionist, that the vehicle was available for viewingI told them that I lived nearly hours away, so I wanted to make sure it was there when I got there
When I arrived, Michael showed me the vehicle, which was packed into the back corner of the showroom like a sardineI spent a few minutes looking at it, paying special attention to the rear part of the vehicle, where I could see some faint sanding marks behind the paintHe told me the vehicle came from the auction, which surprised me, because I used to work for a used car lot and the auction vehicles were always cleaned and shampooed...even under the hoodThis vehicle was not not cleaned under the hoodIt was dusty and dirtyThe lighting in the showroom was not very bright, so I asked him if I could take the vehicle outside for a test driveHe then told me....and I quote: "...well, the house kinda frowns on people taking the cars out for test drives, because it gets them dirty and we just got it detailed, so..."I told him that was completely ridiculous...saying "who ever heard of a dealership not allowing test drives"? I reassured him that I did not drive hours with my wife and kids, to kick the tires and that if I liked the way it drove, I would buy it on the spotI asked him to talk to his boss to reconsider letting me drive itHe returned with the same answer: "NO"No? ...really?? I then pointed out all the brake dust that was on the rims, then questioned whether it had in fact been detailed, to which he replied that only the body was detailedI even offered to run the car through the car wash across the street at the end of my test drive and he STILL REFUSED!!!!, so I walked out wishing him luck, selling a vehicle that cannot be test driven, to which he replied, "oh, we do it all the time"
The thing is, he knew I was coming, so why would he put the car in the showroom, unless you have something to hide
I took a day off work, waited for him to call me, (which he never did) and wasted $in fuel as well as my family's time and got treated like a stray dog
