Review: I GOT MY NAILS DONE ON THURSDAY DEC 12 2013 AND WENT IN TO HAVE THEM FIXED TODAY DEC 16 2013 AND THEY REFUSED TO FIX THE ISSUES WRONG WITH MY NAILS. THE ACRYLIC NAIL IS PEELING AWAY FROM MY NATURAL NAIL AND THEY ARE ALSO CHIPPING AT THE CORNERS.Desired Settlement: I WOULD EITHER LIKE MY NAILS REDONE AT NOT CHARGE OR A REFUND IN THE AMOUNT OF $60 FOR WHAT I PAID TO HAVE MY NAILS DONE IN THE FIRST PLACE.

Apollo Nails will be glad to redo customer’s nails at no charge, preferably on a Thursday or Friday (days that I/owner will be present to personally apologize for the inconvenience). As the owner, I’m committed to providing quality service and pleasant experience for our valued customers.

I have since spoken with my part-time receptionist to clarify our company policy, so that this type of incidence will not happen in the future. We strive to satisfy our customers, and regret that occasional mistakes such as this complaint could not have been resolved immediately to avoid escalation.

By the way, there’s an error on your web-site regarding lack of license from Board of Barbering and Cosmetology; I’ve attached a scan of our current license, which was just renewed a few months ago ...
