I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
Regards,
*** *** The respondent, in describing time spent with the shop personnel is referring to the time after returning to the shop with the problem, not when they rushed out of there before on that same day. That question isn't very important to my issue. We know that the other people wired the tow vehicle incorrectly. The problem is that we engaged the RV people to discover why the brakes were grabbing and to correct that problem. They failed to do that. They had a role in causing the damage to the brakes because of this failure and I feel they owe. This is a difficult situation, of course, since each vendor keeps saying they didn't do anything wrong and that the other bears all the responsibility leaving the customer out of luck. I feel they have a duty toward us in this situation. We aren't talking about having done something incorrectly. It is that they failed to do the right thing and now are trying to get out of that responsibility.Neither of us havs any recollection of being told about a brake controller and that without one, no have no trailer brakes
