I recently purchased an Apollo Tech USA product called a Meri momentum thermostat upon having the unit professionally installed I have been unable to pair the device to my phone I have contacted there's tech support numerous times and unfortunately they are less than helpful they are more interested in getting me off the telephone and then actually helping me with my problem I will give them credit that they have at least called me back off of trouble that I have submitted through email actually to them I currently live in Texas where it is quite warm in August so it is very troubling that I can't get my new thermostat to work correctly on my last call in I was told that it would be Monday before they could reset the thermostat in an attempt to get it to work a very disappointing for a product that I had high hopes for hopefully their customer service will improve and as I can get my product working but I'm not going to hold my breath

I am rejecting this response because:
What was said in the response was not correctWhen I opened the box after purchasing this item it stated if you have any problems do not return the product contact usThis is exactly what I did but it took a week and several emails and messages through Facebook for a replyWhen I finally got a hold of someone mention the issues I had with the cameraThe resolution is not 720p as stated on the box, the storage is not clearly indicated that it needs to be paid for after days, it only record second Clips maximum and half the time the clips are even able to be replayed and there are no thumbnails within the app which is free with the cameraI sent a copy of the receipt as well as pictures of the barcode Etc and requested to speak with a manager over timesI finally spoke with one where I had to repeat my entire situation and simply asked for a refund or a new camera to be sent out. Company refused multiple times as they claim that their products all will have the same issuesThis is unacceptable for a company to basically admit that their product is not very good and not as advertised and sending another camera would not be a resolution as the same issues I mentioned above would apparently take placeThis company has been terrible to deal with, they have been rude, disrespectful and have tried to make me jump through hoops to get a refund or replacementI never had an issue with a company like this ever beforeThis company clearly believes that the customer is not always rightall I want is a new camera or a refund sent out immediately company coninues its to claim that I never sent my receipts but I did
