I am rejecting this response because:The oil I put in my furnace is from a reputable company and NO ONE has had trouble with itI have had TWO inspections done to my tank since your FAILURE to fix the problem and there is no sludge affecting the burnerAND if that were the obvious case as you claim why didn't Shawn walk away after his first trip here?You are right,I WAS a customer for a long time and then when it came time to stand behind your work and couldn't fix the issueyou charge people unfairly for YOUR FAILURE ! Don't pass this on to the consumerI invite the Revdex.com to come with their inspector and check the story out themselvesKeep your Money Apollo,I hope people check you out well before using your servicedollars in labor for day after day of the same problem?! You should be ashamed of yourselves!Furnace had this problem before the tank was filled! you fail to take that part into consideration as you try to cover upYou are wrong and you know it FAIL!

We understand he was unhappy about the situation but to say we don't stand behind our work is just sadWe went out of our way to help him, even working on a SundayThis is a business, we need to charge people when we do work for them

George has been a customer of ours since 2008, if we did such a bad job at what we do, why would he have used our services all these years, and not just for heating but also for A/CEach time we left his home his unit was workingWe normally are paid at time of service but since he is a long
time customer and we were waiting to hear back about the new oil tank, which he decided not to install he was billed for all the calls which added upNow more than months later he wants his money backWe spoke with the manufactures service rep and he said it is an issue with the oil he is putting in his tankThis issue is going to continue because of the age of the tank (full of sludge) and the quility of oil he is putting in his tankThe tank needs to be replaced and he needs to change the oil he is using
