The car is still sitting here and we have told him we would have the car running when he wants to pick it upWe will not refund anything because we have done nothing wrongIf he wants a new battery put in it we will at his expense or we will be glad to jump start it when he wants to get it at no charge

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I do not accept this offer because their policy is that they need verbal confirmation to fix the the car if there is a cost associated with it. As they stated in the offer, that they only left a voicemail and That is not verbal confirmation. They fixed the car without permission and I could have had my mechanic here in my area fix it for a lower cost than I was charged. Also they never made me aware that they fixed it with a 30% discount because of the inconvenience. Unless they are saying that is what they will refund me. I would like for the business to uphold their integrity and own up to their mistake with a full refund and not take advantage of me as the customer. I thought the car would be fixed without cost that's what they were supposed to look into. But when I was called to pick up the vehicle I surprised to here I was charged in order to pick up my vehicle without consent to fix it in the first place. This is why I am rejecting the offer. I will also add that they could have parked the vehicle in the parking lot if they needed it out of the shop because that is where it is sitting now. I ha e two kids and I have been without a car for months because the is still not driveable. I want a refund for this inccident.
