We have anticipated that all orders from July 29th would ship by this week.It is unfortunate that a complaint of this level would have to be submitted but we understand your frustration with timing. Unfortunately we just have been unable to keep up with demand while we transition from small batch to larger production runs. Please note that we are fully capable of submitting a refund if you would simply contact us asking for it. We do not show any emails (or are unaware of them) requesting a refund. Again, we apologize that you are disappointed with our timing, but we are working as hard as we can to produce and ship our products as quickly as possible.Thanks, Apollo Peak Sales Team
