I ordered a custom sweatshirt and tshirt for my daughter, which were a requirement for her dance competitionsThe tshirt was received in early December and everything was fine with itThe sweatshirt was supposed to come before Christmas as present, but just arrived last weekI ordered a Small regular sweatshirt and a Large YOUTH T shirt, I wanted the sweatshirt a little bigger than the shirt so that it last longer because how costly it was, so instead of getting a youth size, I order a regular one sized smallInstead of getting a Small adult size, the size received was a YOUTH smallI called for an exchange, and their resolution is to charge for a new sweatshirt at a higher priceI originally paid $for the item, now they want to charge an additional $95, saying it is discounted from $

I received your letter and copy of the complaint, and here is my response Mrs** *** placed an order on one of our websites, a copy of that order printed directly from the website is attachedAs you can see, she ordered a YOUTH smallAfter she received her order, she called to say it was
wrongI showed her a copy of the order she placed, but she refused to accept that as proof that she ordered it wrongI tried to explain this to her, as well as show her the proof of thisIn addition to her ordering it this way on 9/25, she also received an order confirmation of her order via email on 9/at 3pm that showed she ordered a Youth Small SweatshirtAll dancers were notified in November that they would be receiving their Tshirts in December (which they did) but that the sweatshirts and jackets were on back order and would not be delivered until JanuaryMrs** *** stated in her letter to you that she was told she would receive this before Christmas, but this is and proof of this notification can also be provided upon request as it was advised to them by the Dance Studio in December regarding the back orderShe received the sweatshirt she ordered, a Youth small, personalized, per her request, with her daughter's nameIt is also stated on our website on every order page and in her email confirmation that all orders are final and no refunds or exchanges are allowed due to the custom nature of the itemSamples of all sizes were provided to the dancers prior to orderingMrs** *** made a mistake when she placed the orderShe chose to ignore the email confirmation she received as well as a written confirmation that was given to her with her daughter's Tshirt that also stated YOUTH SWEATSHIRTShe had opportunities twice before her sweatshirt was produced to review her order and realize the mistake she had made and to call and correct it, but she neglected to do that, nor will she accept any responsibility for her wrongdoingShe paid $73 for this sweatshirt (as shown on her order confirmation attached)This included the personalization that she requested with her daughter's name embroidered on the sweatshirtIn addition to all of this information being posted on the website, the owner of the Dance Studio also put out a notice to all parents PRIOR to the website order period stating that all sales are final and no refunds or exchanges are allowedThese items were ordered in a bulk order and thus why the price of $In order to replace ONE sweatshirt, there is a higher cost involved due to the lower quantityThis is out of my control as this item comes from other sources and is decoratedThe decoration is based on quantityI offered Mrs** *** the opportunity to purchase the sweatshirt she meant to purchase and ordered incorrectly, but she has refused as she doesn't feel she should have to pay anything even though she made the mistake.
