The manager stated he would have to check the camera to see if they were at faultI asked him can I see the videoThat way I know if he's telling the truth reguarding the tail lightHe also stated that he would pay for itOnce I asked him for his supervisors nameHe immediately got nasty n very rudeStating he can not give me his supervisors nameThat's very very unprofessional for s businessI would like to see the footage of my car going into the car wash That tail light costs $It's unfortunate that I've been going to that car wash for over years n then this happensU have all type of immigrants n rude nasty people working thereAs a loyal customer how can I agree to this response..

Customer's vehicle sustained previous damage throughout right rear quarter panel and real bumper including cracked right rear tail light. Customer acknowledged previous damages to such area of the vehicle. A small piece of cracked rear tail light came off while going through car wash tunnel....

Customer notice the missing piece and notified manager. Manager found the piece and the customer asked us if we could put it back where is was. We were able to put it back where it was. We explained to customer that we can not be responsible for damages to customer's vehicle which occurred prior to car wash. Customer agreed to what we told to customer and left without any complain. We are willing to have a talk with the customer again if customer wants.

I shipped [redacted], a Mophie battery case and upgraded his refurbished [redacted] earphones with brand new ones and also refunded his shipping.  [redacted]'s response was "thank you for making this right I do appreciate good customer service"
