Review: The bike I purchased had a SE Race Tuner software installed but did not come with a SE Tuner module. This item was not mentioned missing during the sales transaction either. If there is any issue with the bike's computer no work can be done without this module or a new module will need to be purchased.Desired Settlement: I would like to be supplied with a new SE Race Tuner Module so that future work can be preformed.

I personally spoke with **. [redacted] regarding his concern of the “missing” SE tuner module and have made it clear to him that the module was not supplied to us when we traded the motorcycle from its previous owner and therefore the motorcycle he purchased was not represented as being reprogrammable when he purchased it from AHD. The programming installed in the OEM ECM by the motorcycle’s previous owners servicing dealer is compatible with the aftermarket exhaust and air cleaner kit that was present on the motorcycle when he purchased it. If **. [redacted] wishes to change the programming in the OEM ECM he will need to purchase an SE Super Tuner at his own expense just as the previous owner did but could not find when he traded the motorcycle. In an attempt to satisfy **. [redacted] concerns we contacted the previous owner and his servicing dealer in attempt to locate the “missing” SE tuner module to no avail. I have even offered **. [redacted] the option to remove at no charge the aftermarket exhaust and air cleaner kit that was present on his motorcycle when he purchased it and to return the programming of the OEM ECM to the factory presets that are locked as all OEM ECM’s are and can only be reprogrammed with the purchase and installation of an SE Super Tuner at a certified dealer with a dynamometer such as us. Unfortunately **. [redacted] has been ill advised by a dealer who does not have the appropriate equipment to reprogram the OEM ECM in his motorcycle, should he himself had that same aftermarket exhaust and Aircleaner kit and SE Super Tuner installed on the exact same model by a Qualified dealer he would have the exact programming that he currently has in his OEM ECM.

To this end **. [redacted] wants to own a “missing” SE tuner module for his motorcycle that was never represented as being present at time of purchase so that he may reprogram his OEM ECM himself without having to pay for it!

I am rejecting this response because:

I had a verbal conversation with the salesman and the owner and they both admitted that the SE Race tuner was missing during their inspection of the bike. Our insurance company needed a list of all modifications to the bike. Since the ECM was reprogramed or modified it should have been included in the modification list provided by ADH. The dealership never mentioned in the document they provided that the SE Race tuner or the SE air cleaner for that matter were installed. In short they did not disclose all the modification to the bike as was requested by myself for the insurance company.

The bike should have come with the SE Race tuner or at least I should have been aware prior to my purchasing the bike that it was missing.
