This cusomers did purchase a system from us in 2011 as they mentioned and our records indicate below. All intalls come with a 1 year labor warranty from us and a 10 year parts warranty from the manufacturer in this case [redacted]r. We have honored per our contract the 1 year labor warranty and also the...

10 year parts warranty from [redacted]. It was recently discoved there was a leak on the indoor coil which we replaced the part and the cusomer was only charged labor since it was clearly ourside of the 1 year labor warranty (5 years). We ordered the coil from [redacted] and the customer was not charged anything for parts ONLY labor. At the time of the orginal sell and also shortly there after the customer was offered an extended labor warranty which would have added 9 additional years of labor coverage and the cusomer declined both. I have also attached the following: ·Invoice from 6-20-2011 where they were billed $4,908·Labor Warranty – Which we offered and they didn’t accept·Orginal proposal- Which indicats “ten year parts warranty and one year labor” Thanks,

I am writing in response to a customer concern ID # [redacted] states she has to pay. She does not and she has not. Her unit as a 1 year labor warranty and 10 year parts warranty. She has had three service calls since we installed it in September 2017.Two of which she stated the unit was...

noisy but it was operating normally and within manufactures specifications. The last call the outdoor TXV had failed which was ordered and we are actually scheduled for today for that part to be installed free of charge.Thank you, [redacted]Operations Manager

I have looked into this matter. The customer clearly has a 10 year parts warranty on the compressor. The customer is responsible for the labor and refrigerant to put the compressor in. I don’t know if that’s what created the confusion but the part IS under warranty. Below is a screen shot of...

their warranty detail page. #1 - shows 1 year labor warranty and #2 10 year parts and compressor. We will reach out to them to get this matter resolved. [redacted]Operations Manager
