Pro-Safe insulated a small area of an exterior wall for meI was concerned the job would be considered "too small" for a contractor to consider
The owner of Pro-Safe came out, examined the area, advised what was needed, what they would do and gave me a reasonable quote
Not once was there any attempt to upgrade the job
The service rep arrived when expected and gave me an estimate of the time the job would takeHe went to wowasted movements-explaining as he went along what he was doingWhen finished he cleaned up the area
Both the owner and the service rep were very personable, professional and very reassuring to this fairly recent widow who will no longer have to worry about frozen water pipes this winter
I'm impressed and would recommend Pro-Safe
Business was honest in quoting and crew prompt, completing work as scheduled. Estimator did not try to sell us on services we may not need, he quoted the work and indicated that if a section could not be insulated we would see a reduced bill. Installers noticed this and informed us that the walls were already insulated. If the company had been dishonest it could have billed for this and unless the wall was opened no one might have ever known. This resulted in a significant savings. This business worked in conjunction with EnergyWize who performed an energy audit before and after the service. We're very pleased with both, Thanks
