Appalachian Mountain Roofing

Review: Appalachian Roofing has been paid for the past several years to fix leaks in our roof. They have determined the roof was installed incorrectly and needs to be replaced. They accepted responsibility and offered to divide the costs of the replacement. I don't think this is reasonable as they have been fixing problems, and being paid to, since immediately after the roof was installed in 2007. An independent engineer has confirmed that the installation was improper and Appalachian Roofing should have been aware of the conditions and has been taking advantage of us for the entire time by charging for repairs. Mr S[redacted] refuses to honor his obligations. Nor will he communicate with me or my lawyer.Desired Settlement: Replace the roof and include a new warranty.
