This guy ruined my trust in on-line shoppingWe needed a differential (front axle) for our truckWe called this company and they reassured us over and over that they would send the right partWe had just been taken for a ride weeks prior to this incident, so we needed the kind of assurance he was giving usWE gave him VIN#, ratio, in, AWD, lug DenaliWHAT did we get? The wrong one of courseThe one they sent is NOT WHAT WE ASKED FORSo, now that sweet guy turned into a completely rude, nasty, name calling, disrespectful ***! He said my husband ordered it wrong and that we don't have a lug, we have an lugSo, we took a picture of our truck and the 6-lug wheel and he said we are lyingHe's not paying shipping, we have to pay re-stock fee and we are "stupid people"DANG! All we wanted was a differential for our truck, we disputed the charge and are still going to be out the money to send it back to these ***! I am warning, begging and seriously telling you to not do business with these guysI have hours of text messages from them telling us we are is and crazy and stupid! WOW! I'm blown away! My husband is an industrial mechanic and I'm a Mechanical BuyerWe know what we need and we are clear about itWe are very aware of shipping costs and would never want to get it wrong! Then I looked this company up and it came up under "rip off" and I found this Revdex.com grade of A+ and I can't stand by and not tell my storyBe careful friends! Stay away fro this one!

I sent my van to Grade-A Auto for an engine swap with a supposedly tested and perfectly working engine starting April 13th
I paid up front before service began a total of $1,for this job!
Work did not begin until May 1st
I had to investigate on my own on May 11th to find out that my van was ready for pick up(I never received a call from Grade-A Auto), only to have to bring my van back and a half hours later due to the van driving unsafely, and malfunctioning
May 26th I called again to check on the status of my van only to find out it was ready again, but I received no phone calls letting me know it was ready
Later that same evening I had to have my van towed back to Grade-A Auto, because of a major vacuum issue with the engine, and major transmission issues
The transmission in my van was rebuilt to brand new status months earlier by Aamco, and had worked perfectly until put in the care of Grade-A Auto

Some time in December of 2017, I contacted grade a and ordered a front differention and axles for a Chevy ktruckHe told me that he would have to get one from eastern ky and woukd be around a week or so to get itThe total came out To dollars and some changeI paid with a visa and spoke with an employee named ***About mins later, I called back and requested to cancel this order as I had changed my mindI spoke to someone else because *** was on t h e phoneThe guy said my card hadn't been ran through the system yet and he would let *** know and cancel itAbout two weeks later I received a call from *** saying that they located a part but the axle was bad and they were still lookingI informed him that I had canceled it the same day and he sounded confused but said ok I'll take care of itI noticed on my bank statement that I was charged dollars and change but only refunded dollarsWhen I called back and spoke to someone on a sunday, he said he work

*** *** Automotive Outlet purchased a seat from Grade A Allstate in May of They delivered the incorrect seat times and after that we decided to cancel the purchase order as we were tired of getting the incorrect part*** *** is still getting billed for a $seat that we never receivedThis has been going on for over a yearMyself and co workers have tried contacting this business numerous times in the past year to settle up our invoice that we do not oweI was told twice it would be taken care of but we continue to receive a statementThe most recent conversation I had with *** *** was that she understood what happened and would give me a call backI never got a call back*** also emailed me in August of an Invoice with a credit showing for the seat and a $balanceHowever, I still was getting a paper bill in the mail every month sinceMost of the time when we call, I can't get through to anyone that can helpThis business has terrible cust
