We called in Appalachian Refrigeration to Repair a faulty freezer that we haveAs they worked on looking into the problem they discovered that the compressor needed to be replacedThey told us they needed to order the correct compressor in order to finish the jobWe gave some payment and proceeded to wait for repairAfter the new compressor was put in a different technician came in after we had the same original problem occurThis technician was very rude, disrespectful and passive aggressiveI can understand some frustration from both sides of this case but I feel this technician had an underlying issue with usWe called in an electrician as per App.RefrsuggestionThe electrician did find a problem, but quickly resolved the electrical faultSince then the App guys have had to order more parts for the "brand new Compressor."
