Review: I first contacted A Addiction on July ** to cancel order- no one ever calls back- below is the email I sent them on July **- to which they still have not responded.

At this point- I would return the shirt I bought from them but will not because I see bad reviews of A addiction that state they don't refund the money even after someone has returned item and do not want to take that chance.

I am asking for the shipping difference cost in the amount of $4.48. It is not a large amount but it is fraudulent if they do not refund it as per my explanation below. I have the envelope in which they shipped the item which clearly is labeled with the postage amount which is lower than what they charged. If A. Addicition is routinely doing this then they are charging customers falsely.

Hi- I left Apparel Addiction a message two days ago- did not receive a call back. I was attempting to cancel my order. I hadn't received a shipping email yet but then later saw it had shipped according to your website.

However the reason I was attempting to cancel it-was because of the expensive shipping rate- at checkout the cheapest option was over $14- which is very unusual- that there wasn’t a standard shipping rate that was offered.

I paid $14.18 for the priority box shipping method.

I received it yesterday via a flat rate envelope- the total amount of postage is $9.70.

Please refund me the $4.48 difference.Desired Settlement: I am requesting that the $4.48 be refunded to me as the shipping cost was not what Apparel Addiciton charged nor was it sent out via priority box as they had said it would be.

The envelope that I received was clearly marked with the postage amount.

Review: On Saturday 6/*/2013 I placed an order with this company for a swimsuit. The swim suit was $84.00 and I paid for 2nd day air shipping for an additional $24.85. Monday 6/**/2013 the total cost of $108.85 was taken out of my account that I used for my billing info with no hesitation of course. Today is 6/**/2013 and I have yet to receive anything from this company. I have placed multiple phone calls to the number provided on their website. I have left voicemails and I have written 2 emails. Anytime you call no one EVER picks up the phone, emails back, or calls back. Money was taken out of my account no problem but it's been over a week and still no product that was supposed to be here in 2 business days. I log in to my account on the page and check my status on my product and it still says processing, but if I try to cancel or change the order it doesn't allow me because there is a note at the bottom stating that the product is in it's final stages of processing or has already been shipped. Today is Monday 6/**/2013 and it has said that since Monday of last week when they took the money out of my account.Desired Settlement: At this point I don't even want the swimsuit. I just want my money back on my card. And I will NEVER order from this company ever again. Horrible customer service and do not honor their word. I actually question if this is even a real company.

Review: Ordered item on 6.**, they debited account 126.42 sent receipt. 6.** reversal back to account 126.42 sent first email and called and called 6.**' emailed twice 12:36 and 12:37 also called and called no response. At 434 I canceled order via email sent two emails to two different addresses. 6.** I finally spoke to someone who said the manager would call me when she got back into town, I forwarded over all emails. I received two emails from [redacted], the first one was canceling order and second one was to ask questions. 6.** account was debited 126.42. I emailed to speak with manager ASAP, received item ups. I called and only received apologies from staff. I returned item back (refused item tracking number available)

Call after call with no response from [redacted] owner/ Manager

July * sent three email stating this was a bad experience. July [redacted] received email from Madison stating the item was not canceled before shipment, that I signed a contract and I will get a store credit. July ** I emailed facts wanting a manger again ASAP.

It is now July **, I have called and left messages giving them a chance to call me before I contacted Revdex.com and I have still received nothing. As I started filling this out I called again just to give them another chance. Nothing

I have all the emails and can also get my phone records to prove complaint.Desired Settlement: I would like 126.42 back in my account and I hope this does not happen to anyone else.
