proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The product was NOT delivered in the time specified by the company. I mentioned that the address was a hotel and I would only be able to pick up the item during a small timeframe and they agreed to have it delivered by then, but it was NOT delivered until a week later. I have not been able to get the product and they continue to merely respond "product was delivered" - horrible customer service.
