Review: They are billing me for not showing up to an appointment that I didn't know I had. I did not make a follow up appointment. They say they called my mother to remind me of the appointment but my mother never got a phone call and neither did I. I am an adult and do not use my mothers phone number. I did not schedule a follow up appointment and should not be billed for failing to keep an appointment I was unaware of.Desired Settlement: I want the $50 to be credited to my account.
