I am composing this letter in response to your email concerning a complaint against us filed on 3/17/with ID [redacted] [redacted] arrived on March 10th, for state safety inspection and notified us that his center console lid does not close properly and is missing a pieceUpon inspection of his armrest we noticed it missing an armrest cushionUpon completion of the state inspection, one of our advisors went over the results of the inspection with him, and recommended service items per our dealership's and American ***'s guidelinesIt was at this time that [redacted] started to become agitated, and interrupted our advisor, telling him to pull the car out and he was leavingOn his way out, [redacted] claimed we were trying to sell him work that was not needed and didn't address his initial complaintHe stated that my senior service advisor was better suited in our sales department selling cars rather than fixing them in serviceAt this time he became extremely vulgar stating that we should "piss off”, and he left.The following week he returned for us to install the armrest cushion that was missing from his [redacted] The customer was under the impression that because it was just a cushion, it would be a quick in and out repairIn reality per American ***, the entire arm rest has to be replaced, and thus you have to remove a section of the center console.At this time, [redacted] became highly aggressive and hostile, and started cursing and his volume escalatedHe was asked multiple times to please stop cursing; his response was to keep cursingWe explained to him that if he gave us some time we could get it done that day, at which he sarcastically stated he'll "tell my boss I'll just be ' [redacted] late”Again he was asked to stop cursing, and he continued to be vulgar.While [redacted] continued to verbally express himself, he made statements that he will be writing to the Revdex.com, and that he hopes we all get firedHe even went as far to state that at the time, he hoped we all would dieBoth of my advisors present at the time later expressed that [redacted] seemed aggressive enough to act upon these wordsAt that time we informed him that he could take his business to another location, as he was no longer welcome at Sussman ***.Thank you for your time,Kevin MService Manager Sussman Honda

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Answered] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: That is not the correct storyI was NEVER told that I was allowed to "cancel the service." I also contacted the dealership the day I purchased the car and got home and noticed that the amount was 2,000$ more than was discussed When I tried to get a hold of someone the day I purchased my car no one had respect to give me a call back after I had left a messageThe only time someone contacted me was about needed pay stubs or proof of income for the loan that I did not want or was told aboutI had a 21,000$ that was amount that was to be used not 23,700$I HAD to return back to the dealership the following day because they allowed me to leave with the vehicle the night before signing the official paper workThey had ALL day to contact me about regards using their loan and requesting for 23,700$ along with the extended warranty that they randomly tacked onto the car, all day I did not get a single phone call from them and when I came to finish the paperwork no one wanted to tell me the actual price I was signing for or cared to mention that they choose to use their loan and ask for a much higher amountIt was run around, I was told the day before that paperwork would be ready to sign the next day and no one had anything readyWhen I did ask about the price, Amer said " it was the amount we agreed on, the 21,500$" and kind of waved me off knowing that wasn't what was on the paperworkAmer and Myer's told me that if my bank did not give me 500$ extra they would "take the lost" and accept my 21,000$ loan but because they didn't want to take a lost they choose to hide the fact that they had already approved me for a completely different loan and amount I didn't want extended warranty and when I asked the salesman Myer he simple would say " don't yell at me, I'm just a salesman" or when I questioned about the extended warranty that again I didn't ask for or NEVER was discussed he kept on saying that I wouldn't be approved for the loan or the bank would not allow me to have the loan without extended warrantySo therefore I was NEVER told that I would be allowed to cancel that and get money backThey lied to me and my mother and had me sign papers that I was not aware ofIf someone handled this when I called the first time and told me I'd be allowed to cancel that would have already been doneI do not need a extended warranty on a car that comes with yearsMyer and Amer both agreed on 21,500$ for the car and that was the price I was going with, I was told that they'd ask my bank for the 500$ nothing about warranty or anything was mentionedSo I do not agree with the response back and I feel as though I was still taken advantage ofI am not the first customer that has made similar complainsI have read plenty of reviews and even spoke to a customer with similar complaints Regards, [redacted]
