This letter is in response to Mr***'s statement on March 29, 2018: "I, Kevin ***, have reached out to *** *** on his cell phone 1-times a day since March 26, After multiple attempts, I was unable to reach ***I also was unable to leave a message due to his mailbox not being setup.I tried working with *** on discounting the repair cost to $6,if he could pay by Friday, March 2nd*** gave us a debit card to run for $6,000.00; unfortunately, it was declined at that timeFrom that point, we asked for cash only to satisfy the outstanding debt.I am still trying to contact *** at lease once a day and still have not been able to reach him to resolve this issue. I am rejecting this response because: I do agree that this is a complicated case but I was given very clear instructions to pay 5100.00 down and sign the work authorization for the head work. I at no time did either of those two...

Furthermore the sheriff department is looking at other business affairs and have no bearing here. I offered to write the dealership a check to release the vehicle and they declined to accept payment more than enough money existed in the account at that time. Apple ford has made it very difficult to find any resolution and now I am also trespassed from the premise which is  completely unacceptable I have always conducted my business professionally and suggest they do the same. [redacted] made the ultimate call informing apple on Friday to stop all work when we came in on monday I had the money in my pocket but because she chose a different route and proceed with alpha paying the bill all work should have stopped. Amanda has been great to work with I only wish the same could be said for her management team. Finally I dont understand how the truck shows it was overheated when I never once spilled coolant let alone broke down overheating that would suggest to me the damage pre existed my purchasing it this doesnt change the fact Apple has strict guidlines that state the pre work must be signed off on and down payment made I did NOT do those and for good reason the truck wasn't worth the repair. I have already file a lawsuit in Scott County Fourth District Courts and name all defendants Apple Ford, [redacted] Auto Sales to explain themselves to the judge reason being I need my truck and I have nothing left for money its gone making this process harder or impossible was the tresspass notice and extremely embarrassing moments your dealership put me through I was completely kind and you guys really showed your true intentions by having me thrown out.
