Review: On March 17,18, and 19 2014 Appel Construction installed a roof on my home. As per our contractual agreement they were to remove and reinstall aluminum gutters in order to wrap the fascia behind them. They failed to complete this part of the job by forgetting to wrap two pieces of metal. At that time Mr. [redacted] told us he would return within 2 weeks to complete the job, he did not. In July I tried to contact him by phone but he failed to return my call. I then emailed him and he said he would be back the next week. He did not show up. On October 23, 2014 I emailed him again and he said he had forgotten but would be over the next week. Once again he did not show up.I have paid in full for this work and expect it to be done.Desired Settlement: Either have Appel Construction return and complete the work or reimbursement for another contractor to complete the work.
