 Poor service, does not warranty their work, and obnoxious office staff.  Apple sent a technician to my home who made a repair which only lasted approximately two months.  They came back to repair the defective work and attempted to charge for the warranty work.  I worked the problem out with the office only for them to attempt to rebill me for this same item 9 months later.  Upon explaining this to their accounting department and manager and identifying payment for the initial work, I was met with rude responses and an unwillingness to look into my complaint further.  They then threatened me with collections in their attempt to force a payment.
