Apple Appliance

Contacted the company (DBA Apple Appliance Repair) on January 13 to see if they could fix my Samsung dryer. On January 14, Mark H came out to fix. Couldn't do it on the first try after taking it apart due to not having what he needed. So he came back the next day and still could not complete the job. Finally, on the 16th he was able to finish the repair, however explained that he broke some sort of board? And that he would come back on Monday, January 20th to install the new part, free of charge since he was the one who broke the part. I paid him for the cost of replacing the item initially broken. Over the past couple weeks, the dryer has stopped working intermittently. It is now February 17, and after calling twice to try to get him to come back out and finish the job, I have been met with silence. Neither he nor his other employee (Adam Kline) have returned my calls.
