[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: First of all the check sent 8/25/for balance to pay in full my account posted on 8/28/and was not a NSF check (copy of this email sent to them one Feb2016) see attached email from 2/1/that we had researched by the [redacted] and they found no overdrafts or fees on this account Checked posted on 8/28/as we had stated and mailed canceled check copies to Apple Blossom Family Practfour time Our balance was over amount needed for this and other checks written before and after this check attached email from our bank stating this information.I spent my gas and time to come to an appointment they made and do not want a credit on my account Since I had to make another appointment with another doctor Since this was there mistake completely I want that money send in check form to me to cover gas and time spent correcting there mistake on my account and for making an appointment with no intentions of seeing me Regards, [redacted]

This response is in reference to ID #[redacted] and the above-referenced accounts.Our practice has also received correspondence dated 12/31/15 from **. and [redacted].The issue of complaint developed once a check in the amount of $65.00 was presented by the complainants dated 8/25/15. A...

deposit to our bank ([redacted]) was made and the same ck ([redacted]) was presented by [redacted] to [redacted] Bank ([redacted]'s bank) for payment.After speaking with "[redacted] (customer rep #[redacted] - [redacted] Bank) on 1/26/16, apparently it is the practice of [redacted] to returned a check to their customer if the account does not have sufficient funds. They do not mark the check NSF but send a copy to the customer to allow them to resubmit for payment or make a deposit.We have no way of knowing what occurred in this instance other than [redacted] notified our bank of this matter and at some point the money was available in the [redacted]'s account.Apple Blossom Family Practice apologizes to the family for any inconvenience that developed over this matter.Both accounts that are referenced above will be taken to a zero balance. Apple Blossom Family Practice will have written off a total of $235.38 on both accounts. These balances represented co-insurance and co-pays according to the patients' insurance plans.We will put a $25.00 credit on [redacted]'s account that will be used to off-set any future visit co-pays on [redacted]'s account.We have also mailed [redacted]'s card to her that was left at our front desk.If you have questions, please contact me at [redacted] Monday - Friday.
